Film on Sadhvi Saraswati, written by senior scribe Flynn Remedios

If sources from the Bollywood grapevine are to be believed, senior journalist, publicist and writer Flynn Remedios is working on the script of a film based on the life of controversial right-wing sel-styled religious leader Sadhvi Saraswati.

Who is Flynn Remedios?

Flynn Remedios, journalist, writer, editor, Techno-legal, Brand & Image Management consultant is one of India’s most prolific writers. He is the editor of IndiaNewsNetwork.IN and over 20 other fashion and Bollywood websites. With about 20,000 published articles in about 15 years, he has a record of sorts. He is also a visiting lecturer at some prestigious institutions in India.

Who is Sadhvi Saraswati?

Sadhvi Saraswati is a Hindu religious preacher and is the president of Sanatan Dharma Prachar Seva Samiti. She hails from Chhindwara district in Madhya Pradesh.
She is known for her often provocative speeches at VHP functions where she is often a star speaker. She is reported to have taken sadhvi deeksha’ at the age of 12 after being inspired by her grandfather and her father to narrate stories from Bhagawat Katha and the Ram Katha.
An article quoted her saying that she will serve the cause of the Hindu rashtra’ as long as she lives. In March, 2015, a case was registered under Section 153 (A) against the sadhvi for disturbing communal harmony through her allegedly provocative comments she made at a function in Mangalore.
She has also been accused of creating communal trouble in Goa recently.
